The core Trading Strategy

Our Trading Strategy is based upon several important analysis. First of all we trade using Technical Analysis. We believe it is not the place to explain what Technical Analysis is - You can read quite interesting and proper definition in Wikipedia.
Technical analysis (TA) in just a couple of words is a study of behavior of the market, by using charts, to predict future price trends. Technical analysis is based on three considerations:
1. The market discounts everything - which means that every economic or psychological or any other aspect is already taken into and seen in the price.
2. Prices move in trends - simply buy when price is higher and higher and sell when it forms lows one after other. Because it is much more probably the price will continue its way up (or down).
3. History repeats itself - which means the price creates structures called formations which can be seen on any timeframe.

The second important element of our trading is Volume. We always look at the volume and its spread together with Price Action itself, which is the third aspect we analyze while trading Forex. To be honest we believe that proper 'volume and price reading' is the key to success and profits while trading any financial instrument. In general the idea is to find only these price levels where the market is significantly unbalanced. Other words where there is great majority of buyers or sellers. Usually it can be seen with Volume and Price Action analysis. This part also is the most complicated and can't be done without experience.
The last (but not the least) element of our Trading Strategy is something what we call 'patterns'. We have reaserched high probable patterns which can be seen before or just at the beginning of the strong price movements. These patterns consist of several parts, besides of Technical Formations and proper Price Action with Volume - there are very important mathematical and statistical calculations - which all together give us buy or sell or wait signal.
